This Privacy Policy describes how Empowered Expeditions, LLC ("we," "us") handles information in connection with the mobile application Blackjack Counter Pro (the "App"). The App is a single-player blackjack practice and card-counting trainer. By using the App, you agree to this policy.

Information We Collect

We do not require an account and do not ask for your name, email address, or other directly identifying personal information.

• On-device data. Your game progress and preferences (such as your chip balance, selected counting system, number of decks, and trial status) are stored only on your device and are not transmitted to us.
• Advertising data. The App shows ads through Google AdMob. To serve ads, Google and its partners may collect and process information such as your device's advertising identifier, IP address, general location, and app-usage and interaction data. This is controlled by Google, not by us.
• Purchase data. Optional in-app purchases are processed by Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment card details; we only receive confirmation of whether a purchase was completed.

How Information Is Used

• To save your game progress and settings on your device.
• To display advertising, including through Google AdMob.
• To provide and validate optional in-app purchases.

Third-Party Services

The App relies on third parties that have their own privacy policies:

• Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads — see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services and Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google Play Billing — governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
• Expedia. The App may include affiliate links to Expedia. If you tap one, you leave the App and open Expedia's website, which is governed by Expedia's Privacy Policy. We may earn a commission from qualifying bookings, at no extra cost to you.

Your Advertising Choices

You can reset your advertising identifier or opt out of personalized ads at any time in your device settings (on Android: Settings → Google → Ads). The App requests non-personalized ads where applicable.

Children's Privacy

The App simulates casino-style blackjack and is intended for adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the ad networks, please contact us.

Data Sharing & Sale

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties except as needed for the advertising and purchase services described above.

Data Retention & Deletion

On-device data exists only on your device. You can delete it at any time by clearing the App's storage or uninstalling the App. Data collected by Google for advertising is retained according to Google's policies.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
